Paperwork. ><

Paperwork was always horrible, but to Raphael it was torture. He looked half-asleep as he diligently filled out the school's various paperwork. He stretched for a moment, getting up to walk his office before sitting back down and getting back to paperwork. He prayed for a distraction.

The door oped to the headmasters office & in stepped Tom. "Hello there Headmasssssster Penn" hissed Tom as he came in.

"Tom! Great to see you, come on in and have a seat!"

The distraction was very welcome.

"What can I do for you?"

"I know it issss only paranoia, but fro ssssome sssstrabge reasssson, Misssss Htaed isssss a little ssstrange. I ssssaw her eyesssss & they were cold, lifelesssss & empty. Sssssomething happened to her at home or sssssomwehere elsssse & ssssshe isssssn't telling anybody. I am worried" hissed Tom.

"Hmm. That's very troubling, Tom. Could you ask her to come to my office once you get a chance? I'd like to talk to her anyways, and this seems like an opportunity to perhaps try to get through to her."

"Assssss you wisssssh Headmassssster" hissed Tom as he got out of the chair & went out the door.

Sighing, Raphael went back to his paperwork.

Tom walked out but no sooner Pendo had walked in. Pendo closed the door and stopped in front of Penn's desk. "Headmaster sir... I've seen some terrible things... I had my suspicion's about Tom, but what I just found out was terrible. He..." Pendo paused looking at the door. "killed Muggles..." Pendo said waiting for a reply.

"I don't know what to say, Pendo. I will need absolute proof before I can attempt to take any action against him. Tom hasn't shown any sign of being like...him. If you can provide any sort of proof...perhaps pensieve memories, I will take action. Do you object to me seeing your memories of the events you say take place?"

"I do not object. I heard someone had attacked a street in the muggle world and I went to check out. I used my time travel spell and saw Tom, and his father, the Dark Lord attacking defenseless muggles...you may see what I saw." Pendo said waiting.

Penn retrieved his pensieve from one of his shelves with a wave of his hand, clutching it with both hands. He set it in front of Pendo, smiling slightly.

"Just place the memory in here and I'll watch and put it back."

Pendo put his memory into the pensive and looked back up. "Alright."

Taking a seat across from Pendo once again, Penn submerged his mind into the pensieve, watching the memory unfold.

Pendo also watched as Tom, and Voldemort were seen sending Death Eaters to kill muggles.

Pulling himself out after the memory completed, he closed his eyes in grief for a moment.

"As disgusting as this is...if I were to attempt to remove Tom now I'd have no support from the school board even WITH this memory. We need more substantial proof before I can act. Watch him, Pendo. Recruit other teachers to do the same. We need something that proves that he's not under the imperious like some members of the board will claim."
